Happy Birthday Aaron

He loves sunglasses! It doesn't matter who's they are, if you leave them laying around he will snag them.

He piles on the sofa pillows up and tunnels under them.


At night when it is time to go to bed him and his daddy hide under the covers from me. I always peek under and get a little scream out of him.

Here I am!

He looks like such a little man. Gets his snack, climbs onto the sofa and checks out his Monsters Inc. His favorite movie.

I was trying to get a nice picture of him smiling with his birthday button on his shirt but it wasn't happening. Check it out, he has his hand in the pocket of his jeans. Gracie showed him where they were. All day he played with his pockets!


He is not so sure about these bags, he would rather tear into a present.


He isn't really playing Wii but we let him have a remote so he can jump around with the bigger boys pretending to play.


He is opening what is to be his Elmo microwave (that I HATE but he LOVES). It makes so much noise!

His new car that he was intimidated of.


It took a little while but he decided after seeing some of the other kids getting into his car he should try it on for size.


He is clapping along to the Happy Birthday song.


We actually did a double birthday. Aaron and his cousin Gracie who turned 6. This is her castle cake I made her, she has been asking for it for 2 years. Aaron had a little boy castle cake but he destroyed it before it was put out. Yeah I learned do not put his cake on the bottom shelf of the fridge. :)

It has been a long time since anything has been loaded. Once again we had a bug in the system but no worries I will be back dating lots of things. But in the mean time I thought I would post a picture of our happy family. Love to all.

You can't tell in either of these pictures but he is missing a front tooth on top. We were over at Rene's playing and he fell face first into their old ginormous console tv. He hit his mouth so hard on it that it split his tooth in half all the way up into his gums. He had to go and have it removed. He has a appointment to have a false one put in its place to keep his pretty teeth straight and aligned.

So I guess everyone is noticing there are not alot of entries these past few months. Mainly I have done video more than actual still pictures. I am going to try and remedy that.



I found it cute that he was just kicking back relaxing eating a chicken nugget. He even has his legs crossed lazily. Love it!



Finally he has gotten the walking down to a fine art. I have got to figure out how to get video on this blog so I can show everyone his progress from beginning till now.

I know I know, I take alot of pictures of him sleeping. But he is so beautiful in his peaceful sleep. Sometimes all I can do is watch him sleep. Such a precious gift he is.

It is the funniest thing ever, he can be walking along playing with toys having fun but the moment he hears "King of the Hill" beginning intro song he plops down on his butt to watch it!



It looks bad I know but he was thirsty and all I had was a diet coke so I reached back to give him a drink. He liked it so much he wrapped his arms around the cup and took it from me. Little stinker.
